01. How
can I be a member of AACCIP?
Anyone involved in the delivery of Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
products and services, those working within the ICT sector, and those who provide products
and services to the ICT sector or any computer professional, student of computer is
eligible to become a member of AACCIP.
Online form is available for new membership.
Printed forms are available on request to AACCIP.
Duly filled-in form along with the applicable subscription fee and one time joining fee
any can be sent to the AACCIP. It may take about 4-6 weeks to process the application and
inform the individual about the membership with the association.

02. How do
I pay the registration fees?
We do not accept money order, postal order and cash payment. Demand Draft should be drawn,
payable at Indore, issued in favor of "ALL INDIA ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER CENTRES
& IT PROFESSIONALS" and should be sent directly to the
Registrar

03. Is there
any eligibility for membership?
You are eligible for membership if you are involved in the delivery of ICT products and
services, those working within the ICT sector, and those who provide products and services
to the ICT sector IT professional, having computer centre, IT enable service provider
company or individual, freelancer of IT Software and service industry, IT enabled/BPO
services, dealing computer, and student of computer.

04. Is the
membership fee one time or it has to be renewed?
Membership is renewable at a very nominal fee on elapsed of each calendar year i.e. 31st
December.
05. What is AACCIP?
AACCIP - All India Association of Computer Centres & IT Professionals is the largest
Association of IT professionals in India. Started in the year 2006 with less than 500
like-minded professionals as a computer user group it has targeted grown to a size of 50
lacs members in a short span of about three years.
The purposes of the association are scientific and educational directed towards the
advancement of the theory and practice of computer science, computer engineering and
technology, systems science and engineering, information processing and related arts and
sciences. It shall endeavor to:
Promote interchange of information, in these disciplines and sub disciplines, amongst the
specialists and between specialists and the public:
Encourage and assist the professionals engaged in these fields to maintain the integrity
and competence of the profession; and foster a sense of partnership amongst the
professionals engaged in these fields. Means to these ends are holding of meetings for the
reading and discussing of professional papers, the publications and circulation of works
of literature, science and art pertaining thereto and any other activities necessary;
suitable and proper for the fulfillment of these objectives.

How do I benefit by joining the association?
It is the main objective of the association to protect you interests and to fight for your
legitimate rights in addition to general extension of computer literacy and computer
education. The association provides a forum and facilities for the exchange of information
and experience. It also functions as a representative union for all its members to solve
their problems, grievances and to struggle for it as a platform at national level keeping
in view all the legal aspects irrespective of any brand with proper knowledge of existing
laws. A team of legal think tank is capable to put your favour and seek appropriate
redresal from a Court of Law.
The further aims are more elaboratively depicted in 'Objective'.

07. Is the membership exclusive for IT professionals or any one
from other profession can join it?
Membership is open to anyone involved in the delivery of ICT products and services, to
those working within the ICT sector, and those who provide products and services to the
ICT sector.

08. Is there any responsibility
of the members?
* Members have a right to be treated with respect and recognition of their dignity
and right to privacy.
* Members have a right to receive information about IT Sector, its services, its
professionals and service providers, and members' rights and responsibilities.
* Members have a right to participate with professionals in decision making
regarding their benefit, grievances, problems etc.
* Members have a right to a candid discussion of appropriate necessary options for
their grievances and problems conditions, regardless of cost or benefit coverage.
* Members have a right to make recommendations regarding the organization's members'
rights and responsibilities policies.
* Members have a right to voice complaints or appeals about their grievances and
problems or the care provided.
* Members have a responsibility to provide, to the extent possible, information that
the association need in order to care for them.
* Members have a responsibility to understand their IT problems and participate in
developing mutually agreed upon precautionary and redressal goals to the degree possible.
§ Members have a responsibility to follow the plans and instructions for care that they
have agreed on with the association.
* Members have a responsibility to pay member payments or coinsurance at the time of
service.
* Members have a responsibility to be on time for appointments, meetings and to
attend functions and drives and to notify the association for non-attendance with reason.
* Attend and actively participate in meetings.
* Carry out the functions of the association

09. Is this Association
National or international?
AACCIP has a global net-work as it is working in close collaboration with international
agencies like Word IT Association, various international IT associations, federations and
confederations, however, it is a national association and functioning in the interest of
IT Industry of the nation..
10.How
you can help the Association?:
You can help the Association by giving monetary donation or land, kiosks, computers,
equipment's etc. Any kind of grant would be acceptable and this is exempted under Section
80G of the Income Tax Act. It is also exempted from any kind of tax or service tax etc.
